Family Platter
Whether you're coming in as a group of two with a big appetite or multiple people looking to share, the family platter is the way to go. First time here my husband and I ordered the platter so we could try a little bit of everything. WOW!! Everything we tried was fantastic and there was so much food. We had leftovers for the next night and it was honestly just as good. Recently we came here for my nephew's birthday and again we got the family platter. My nephew was obsessed and said it was some of the best food he has ever eaten! You know that's saying something coming from a picky 10 year old… It was my dad's first time here too and he also loved everything. I want to try more off the menu but I keep coming back to that family platter!

Absolutely delicious, hands down some of the best BBQ we've had. I lived in Georgia and Kentucky and ever since moving back to New England it's been almost impossible to find true Southern BBQ that actually compares. So far, we've only found two places that hit the mark: one in Vermont… and The Refinery. The meat is unbelievably tender and bursting with flavor, the crispy mushrooms are addictive, corn bread is sweet & fresh, the service is always fantastic, and the portions are very generous. Honestly, the prices are more than fair for food this good. Even our dogs were practically losing their minds over the smell and being extra rude begging for bites the second we started eating. They're beggars but not normally whiny beggars. This was the perfect birthday dinner, and we're even more excited now for our wedding coming up and getting to experience the catering side of things too. Thus far that experience has also been incredible. I was late booking & they graciously still squeezed us in. We seriously can't recommend this place enough and already can't wait for our next meal!
Carolina Nachos
The Carolina Nachos were awesome! The pulled pork was cooked to perfection and would go back to The Refinery just to have them again!
Smoked Beef Brisket
The brisket is sweet and savory all at the same time. It melts in your mouth. Have it with the stuffed mushrooms, which you cannot stop eating until they're all gone.

Absolutely amazing! We'll worth the drive, all of the food has been great.
Smoked Beef Brisket
The Refinery is easily my favorite restaurant in the area. The smoked beef brisket was incredibly tender and full of flavor—just perfectly done. Brian Mackenzie does an amazing job, and you can really taste the quality in every dish. I also love their burgers, and there are always plenty of great options to choose from. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, which is why my family and I come here for special occasions. Highly recommend!

Seared Yellowfin Tuna
Delicious, fresh, and seared perfectly (rare)! We moved here from NY in 2023 and after we discovered this place it has been our go restaurant and especially when family and friends come to visit! I've also enjoyed the ribeye, brisket, and the burgers are the best out of anyplace we've been to. Service is friendly and excellent! Love the Refinery!!
Baby Back Ribs
Excellent mouth watering ribs! Reasonably price. Atmosphere was a nice quit setting at lunch. Server was polite and could handle many tables. Great sides to choose from. We will try the steak tips on next visit. The restaurant is a hidden gem!
